The Rasmussen family of dealerships was recently purchased by the Lithia Group. The deal included the Rasmussen BMW - Mini, Mercedes-Benz of Portland and Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville franchises. It is expected that staff will be retained in the transition, according to sources. The Portland BMW Club has been generously supported for nearly 40 years by the dealership.
